Laurelless is a one-stop shop for your home renovations.
You won’t need to hire any additional architects, designers, subs, or engineers.
Every aspect of your remodel is taken care of in-house, minimizing the stress and overwhelm that often accompanies home renovations.
Initial Consults
From day one, our consultations are designed to take the guess work and stress out of your renovation experience.
Our designer + project manager ask about the goals for your home, your aesthetic, and get a grasp on the overall vision for the project.
Initial renderings, elevations, and schematics will illustrate what a final product would look like with Laurelless.
After we all fall in love with the end product, we agree on scope of work, timeline, budget, and sign contracts (with or without adult beverages to toast the occasion).
Selections
This is where you’ll start to fall in love with the plans for your future home, as the concept and design start to take shape.
You’ll have designer meetings to hash out all the details you want to (and none of the ones you don’t), until we have a refined vision for the final product.
Once we have an approved layout and floor plan, we’ll present you with an array of materials to choose from for elements like flooring, tile, countertop, cabinets, etc.
We always aim not to overwhelm with too many option and instead curate a thoughtful range based on our shared vision. We’ll never send you to a supplier and ask you to walk a whole warehouse until you find something you love… that’s our job.
We’ll keep refining until we land on a perfect combination that marries your aesthetic with our designer’s eye.
The Remodel
If you’ve heard, “expect it to take twice as long and cost double what they quote you”…that’s not our style.
Before we swing a single hammer, we’ll lay out the schedule from start to finish, ensure we have an efficient path forward, and cut out as much potential for stalled momentum as possible.
Barring approved change orders from you or things completely out of anyone’s control, we stick to what we tell you up front.
Before demo, we do a “changing of the guard” walk through with the entire team and introduce you to the team members you’ll have the most facetime with during this phase.
It’s not uncommon for our clients to stay in parts of their home while we remodel other parts, so we ensure our site prep and safety measures make that as comfortable as possible. We fit into your life, not the other way around.
Once the ball gets rolling, we work our magic.
You relax, or travel, or just mentally check out and take this project off your plate.
We’re managing the project, budget, and schedule down to the last detail, and striving for excellence around every corner.
It’s the only way we operate – not just while the client is watching.
Completion
Celebrate! We hug and exchange bittersweet goodbyes. You enjoy your dream home.
